Terms of Use
OmniSim is a scenario-exploration tool. It does not predict the future and does not replace qualified professional judgment.
Effective 13 August 2026
The service
OmniSim generates model-based perspectives, assumptions, possible reactions, risks, and scenario branches. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or internally inconsistent. Treat them as hypotheses to investigate—not facts or guarantees.
No professional advice
Outputs are not medical, legal, financial, investment, electoral, betting, emergency, or mental-health advice. Do not delay professional or emergency assistance because of an OmniSim output. Never use the service as the sole basis for a high-impact decision.
Acceptable use
You may not use OmniSim to harm, deceive, impersonate, harass, surveil, discriminate against, manipulate, or unlawfully profile people; interfere with elections; facilitate violence or self-harm; expose secrets; or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant ArkNet Digital the limited permission needed to process it and return results. You are responsible for having authority to submit the information.
Availability and limits
Free access is rate-limited and may change. We may suspend abusive traffic, modify features, correct outputs, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular result.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniSim is provided as-is and ArkNet Digital is not liable for decisions, losses, missed opportunities, or third-party actions based on generated outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
