Privacy Notice
OmniSim is built by ArkNet Digital. This notice explains what information the service processes, why it is needed, and the controls available to you.

Information we process
We process account identifiers such as email address, authentication events, the scenario information you submit, generated simulation results, limited technical and security logs, and your privacy preferences.
- Do not submit passwords, API keys, financial account numbers, medical records, or confidential third-party data.
- Health, relationship, and legacy scenarios may contain sensitive information. Share only what is necessary and avoid identifying another person.
Why we process it
We process information to provide simulations, secure accounts, retain private history when requested, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations. Optional analytics are used only after consent.
AI providers and international processing
Scenario text may be sent to contracted AI infrastructure providers to generate the requested analysis. Providers may process data in other countries. We minimize the information sent and do not intentionally use private simulations to train a shared OmniSim model.
Private, unlisted, and public results
Signed-in simulations are private by default. Anonymous results use an unlisted capability URL. Only a result deliberately marked public may contribute to public historical pattern analysis. Private health, relationship, and legacy simulations are excluded from that process.
Retention and deletion
Account and simulation records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal requirements. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Backup deletion can take additional time because backups rotate on a schedule.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to be informed, access data, correct it, object or restrict processing, withdraw consent, request portability or deletion, and complain to a supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing completed before withdrawal.
Security and children
We use access controls, row-level database security, transport encryption, rate limits, and security monitoring. No internet service is risk-free. OmniSim is not directed to children under 18, and sensitive decision simulations should be used by adults.
